Return Policy

Items that are eligible for return can be returned in person at our store location with a receipt or proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase. Items will be refunded with either in-store credit or using the same method payment method as the original purchase.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return via, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return via online, you can contact us at [email protected] If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For most items, manufacturing defects must be brought directly to the manufacturer. We will inform you if that is the case, and help you locate their contact info.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Due to the constantly fluctuating prices of TCG Singles, we cannot accept any returns of TCG Sealed or Singles.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

We will gladly accept exchanges on unopened products returned to our store within 30 days of purchase. Products must be accompanied by a receipt and can be exchanged for anything in the store or returned for store credit. If the value of the exchange exceeds that of the item being returned, you will be required to pay the difference and if the value is less than the item being returned, you will be issued the difference in store credit. We do not offer refunds.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges on booster boxes, packs, or singles.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
