Shipping and Curbside Pick Up Policy

As a general rule, we begin pulling all orders as soon as we receive them.

We only ship across Canada and do not offer international shipping a this time.

Orders to be shipped by Canada Post, UPS (except UPS Standard), and FedEx Express that we receive by 12:00pm Eastern Time, Monday-Friday, are picked up by the carrier on the same day.

Prices for shipping is determined by Weight and Size of the order and is priced determined using Easypost (For there privacy policy go to https://www.easypost.com/privacy

All orders to ship by UPS Standard or FedEx Ground, all orders received after 12:00pm, and all orders received on weekends or holidays, will be picked up by the carrier on the next business day. We will still provide tracking info as soon as it is available.

Certain services, including Canada Post's Lettermail  Letter-post, Small Packet (US or International), or International Parcel (International), may not include tracking. You can see details on these services at canadapost.ca. By choosing these services you assume all risk for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Pickup orders may take up to 24 hours to be pulled. You will receive an email when your order is ready.

Pickup orders can be picked up during our Normal business hours. if you can not make it during our Store hours then we can make a special appointed time outside of those hours. For Support, This can be arranged by email  [email protected] to make an appointment 

If there is an issue with your order, such as a missing item, we will contact you about the issue, including suggesting substitutions, and/or requesting confirmation to fulfill the rest of the order. These orders may be held up to one (1) business day to await confirmation, and as applicable, resolve the issue.

Coverage

By default, our limits of coverage are the standard provided by the carrier for your chosen shipping method. For all UPS and FedEx services, and most Canada Post services this is $100, however Regular Parcel, Lettermail, Letter-post, and Small Packet, do not include any coverage at all.

Restrictions

Certain high-end items may, at our sole discretion, be covered for their full amount (up to the limits set by the carrier for your destination).

If you receive an item that appears damaged from shipping, contact us IMMEDIATELY, with photos of the damage, so we can best assist you.

The following products have legal, or manufacturer or distributor-imposed restrictions on where and/or how they can be shipped:

Pokemon Products: Shipping only permitted within Canada

Magic Sealed Product: Shipping only permitted within Canada
Aerosols: Pickup and Local Delivery only

Attempting to circumvent these restrictions will result in your order (or the offending part thereof) being cancelled.
